Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors will be contacted to verify details or services

Assistance on your wedding day as per agreed package
Manage wedding vendors per instructions - Weddings NT will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions
Manage wedding party
Manage vendor & decor setup at ceremony & reception sites
Facilitate the wedding ceremony
- Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
- Oversee ushers & guest book attendants
- Make sure all members of the wedding party are looking perfect
Place table names, place cards, favours, toasting glass & serving set per instructions
Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
